Ingredients

  • 1.5 cl of honey
  • 1.5 cl of lemon juice
  • 4.5 cl of rum
  • 3 cl of water
  • 60 gram of cracked ice

Preparation

Pour the honey and the lemon juice into the glass and stir until the honey has dissolved. Add the rum, the ice and the water and stir.

Notice

The original cocktail is prepared and served in a dry coconut or in a gourd, the fruit of the calabash tree.
