Ingredients

Measuring unit : cl, oz

• 90 gram of cracked ice
• 1 oz of cacao liquor
• 1 oz of light rum
• 1 drop of blue vegetal dye

Preparation

Pour the ice and the cacao liquor into the glass. Color the rum with the blue dye. Pour it carefully over the cacao liquor (with a spoon to prevent them from blending). Spear the cherry with a toothpick and place it on the rim of the glass. Serve with a straw.
