Ingredients

Measuring unit : cl, oz

• 1 pinch of sugar
• 4 drop of lemon juice
• 0.3 oz of pineapple liquor
• 0.3 oz of dry gin
• 1.5 oz of old gold rum
• 60 gram of cracked ice

Preparation

Pour the sugar and the lemon juice in the glass and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Garnish with the fruits and the peppermint. Sprinkle with the vermouth. Serve with a straw.

Decoration

- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 orange crescent
- 1 red sour cherry
- 1 spring of peppermint
- 1 dash of red vermouth
